If you are like me and 3-5pm seems to be the time you take a nose dive in the healthy eating department then these Healthy Chocolate Balls are a great pick me up and make you feel like you are still having a treat.
2 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
3 Tbsp Cocoa or Cacao or Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
100ml Low Fat Coconut Cream
Place all ingredients into a food processor and whiz until mixture is well combined and chopped.
Roll into bite size balls and place in a bag of extra dessicated coconut, shaking them until they are well covered.
Chill and store balls in the fridge.
